Bro's Code provides software development, web design, mobile application development, digital marketing, branding, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project will be outlined in a separate written proposal or agreement between Bro's Code and the client, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

2. Use of This Website

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or connected systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

3. Proposals, Payments & Project Terms

Payment terms, milestones, and project-specific conditions will be defined in individual project proposals, quotes, or contracts issued to each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an upfront deposit may be required before work begins, with remaining balances due upon agreed milestones or project completion. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding invoices are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed project agreement, all final deliverables (source code, designs, and content created specifically for a client) become the property of the client upon full and final payment. Bro's Code retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Third-Party Tools & Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, libraries, hosting providers, or APIs (such as cloud hosting, payment gateways, or content delivery networks). Bro's Code is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by these third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bro's Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement as outlined in the specific project contract. In the absence of a specific termination clause, either party may terminate with written notice, with payment due for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
